COLL DE LA DESENROCADA: THE SPACE OF INSPIRATION OF GAUDÍ IN THE MOUNTAINS OF BAIX CAMP REGION

“Originality consists of returning to the origins”

Antoni Gaudí

Coll de la Desenrocada

Nature was, for Antoni Gaudí, the genius of the Baix Camp, an inexhaustible source of inspiration.

Now, observing the geological elements of the Coll de la Desenrocada, in the mountains of the Baix Camp, we can understand this statement.

Coll de la Desenrocada

In June 2016, an extraordinary discovery was published for the first time: the place where Antoni Gaudí would have been inspired to create some of his most famous works: la Pedrera, el park Güell and la Casa Batlló.

The natural rocks of this spectacular setting speak for themselves.

Com and see them as Gaudí did it more than 100 years ago.
